Thrylox Privacy Notice
What this notice covers
This notice explains how Thrylox processes information through the public website, conversation bookings, business contact channels and BOG playtest access.
The current iOS demo links directly to Apple TestFlight. You do not need to submit an email address on this website to open that link.
Data we may process
- Technical information such as basic server logs, browser metadata, and reliability records.
- Website interaction and campaign information, including pages or sections visited, link clicks, referral information and browser-generated device or session identifiers used in onboarding.
- Contact information you voluntarily submit through business or support channels.
- Contact and appointment details you provide when booking a conversation through Google Calendar.
- Email addresses and related access records from earlier voluntary BOG playtest signups.
- Any follow-up information you provide when discussing build access, feedback, or partner enquiries.
How we use it
- To respond to business, compliance, partner, or vendor questions.
- To arrange conversations and follow up on enquiries.
- To manage access to external playtests and follow up on active BOG testing waves.
- To connect signups with later feedback, support requests, and playtest operations.
- To understand how visitors use the website and reach the demo, and to measure campaign activity.
- To protect the website and related services from abuse, misuse, or security incidents.
Website measurement and browser storage
The website records interaction events and uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags for measurement. Onboarding stores browser-generated device and session identifiers and sends interaction and campaign information to our backend. Earlier signup flows also stored an access record in the browser. Records from those signups remain covered by this notice and its retention terms.
External booking and playtest services
“Book a Conversation” opens a Google Calendar booking page. Demo links open Apple TestFlight. These services process information under their own terms and privacy notices. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s TestFlight information for details.
Legal basis
Where applicable under EU or EEA law, we rely on legitimate interests in running a secure business, preparing or performing contractual relationships, and managing lawful product research and support operations.
Your rights
